F and M Designs began in business in 1998, when the Fairlite Aluminum Awning manufacturing process was purchased from the Alumet Corporation. The Fairlite Aluminum Awnings have been manufactured and distributed throughout the United States for over 50 years. The Fairlite Awnings were then, and continue to be the cornerstone of our business.

In 2001 F & M Designs became a Distributor for Elite Aluminum Corporation line of products. The Elite products include the insulated roof panel system, the Naturescape and Elite 2000 sunrooms, the basement wall system, as well as the Elite2000 screen enclosures.

We offer our distributors, custom design, engineering assistance, and quick and accurate shipment of complete units.
