CNC PRESS BRAKE METAL FORMING SERVICES

Offering precision press brake metal forming and heavy brake forming services, utilizing N/C auto-back gauging and multiple forms. Our presses, which are rated from 17 to 225 tons, allow us to work with stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, aluminum, copper, and brass on forms with a maximum width and height of 12'. On stainless steel and cold-rolled steel, we can handle a maximum stock thickness of .187' and .250' respectively. We can also meet tolerances of +/- .005' and +/- .010' depending on the gauge. To complement our press brake forming services, we also offer assembly, hardware, and finishing capabilities.

PRECISION WELDING SERVICES
G & M Metal Fabricators offers welding services targeted to cold-rolled and stainless steel as well as aluminum, with MIG and TIG spot welding. Able to plasma cut to a maximum thickness of 3/4', we braze with copper and silver, and solder with silver. We provide assembly, hardware, finishing and inspection services to meet the needs of our demanding telecom, fiber optics and military clientele. In most instances, we require six weeks of lead time and work on prototype to production runs.
