Fabweld Metalworks is a family run business, established in 1987. A dedicated one man band has developed over the years into a friendly metalwork company, offering a vast variety of products and services. We service East Kent and surrounding areas, and have a loyal customer base which we would like to attribute to our skilled workmanship together with a reliable and outgoing customer service.We specialise in metal fabrication, sheet metalwork and welding. For many years our experienced team have provided a variety of engineering services to a range of industries including construction, bespoke design, sign, electric, marine, motorsport, demolition & catering using our advanced workshop and welding facilities.

ALUMINIUM
We are specialists in the handling of Aluminium, offering a full Tig and Mig welding facility, with dedicated machines for this process, welding anything from 0.9mm to 25mm thick. We can work this material in most ways required; folding, bending, punching, laser cutting, welding and finishing.

STAINLESS STEEL
Fabweld have years of experience in the processing of Stainless Steel. We hold an impressive reputation for our skills in designing and producing almost any product or structure required, from the welding to cutting, folding, and finishing of this material.We do our own finishing of brushed, grained or mirror polished, together with the cleaning and de-burning of weld discolouration using an electrolysis chemical process.From small bracketry to industrial kitchen worktops, plus frame work for tables and various structures are commonly made from Stainless steel as it is strong and durable but with an appealing finish.

LASER / WATERJET CUTTING
The Laser cut and Water jet service we can offer is precise and caters for many industries. We have worked on many innovative projects and can work to almost any custom design required.The Water Jet process can cut material from 3mm to 75mm thick.The Laser Cutting process can cut from 0.5mm to 20mm thick.Our team can advise as to which process is most suited to your requirements and the majority of the design work will be undertaken by our capable and dedicated CAD design service.
