We employ two full-time inspectors to check all 1st piece operations, as well as a full inspection on 10% of finished parts. Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication Services
Pride Tool features custom sheet metal fabrication services for clients in various industries including automotive, pharmaceutical, and petro-chemical. Our modern, full service shop specializes in processes such as bending, forming, laser cutting, punching, shearing, and rolling. We employ both manual and CNC machining manufacturing techniques to stainless steels, carbon steels, alloys and aluminum. Welding is also utilized to produce custom metal products, including MIG, TIG, Arc and stick welding processes.We handle sheet sizes up to 4' x 8', with maximum gauge sizes of .187' for stainless steel and 312' for carbon steel. Surface treating and finishing such as painting, etching, zinc plating, and electropolish are also available. We produce high quality fabricated parts with short lead times for short to long production volumes.
