• Our press shop contains a variety of brake equipment which is able to provide high-quality, cost-effective parts bending. With equipment ranging in size from 225- to 550-ton capacity, we can form the parts you need. Our quick turnaround is achieved through efficient use of multiple machines, which reduces setup times and the ability to produce smaller quantity runs with shorter lead times.
• JL Metals shop is certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB). We can offer you complete custom metal fabrication and shop weld repair services, including assembly and welding services in mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum. We offer a full range of welding services, including mig, tig, brazing, stainless steel and aluminum welding. Applications range from small components to large assemblies, from simple weldments to complex assemblies for rail cars.

Our assembly department performs a variety of functions — from simple welds, glue and packaging to complicated turnkey assemblies.
