Tri-Star Steel Corporation was founded May 1st 1990 by three individuals that formed a team with diverse backgrounds in the steel industry. The company has grown to three Detroit locations servicing Southeast Michigan. We credit our dedicated employees, loyal customers and suppliers for our growth and continued success.

Tri-Star Steel has serviced the steel industry since 1990. We offer a diverse inventory of general line carbon steel products, Cold Finished Bars, Grating, Expanded Metal, Stainless, Aluminum and B-Deck. If there is something you need that is not on our warehouse floor, our experienced sales staff with excellent outsourcing capabilities can locate most anything from anywhere around the country to complete your order requirement. Our customers know that we offer a level of service that our competitors either can’t or are not willing to do.
