 Started this business in 1972 with only two goals in mind. I wanted to provide my customers with a consistently high-quality product, and I wanted to do it on time, every time. it would take a dedicated and professional staff, up-to-date, state- of-the-art equipment and suppliers that would provide us with the best material available.Well ... it's 35 years later. We have two facilities with a combined total of 128, 000 square feet next to each other. We have our own fleet of trucks to deliver your order in a timely manner. We have a list of equipment that enables us to handle just about any job, and I mean any job, cost- effectively.Over a hundred dedicated employees, each with a number of years experience in the steel industry. And a long list of customers that have been with us from the beginning.

Equipment

Douglas Steel Supply has 3 industry leading Levelers that flatten the steel from coil form to sheet form. These advanced levelers will transform the steel from the coil form into panel flat sheets with tolerances in the thousands of an inch. The flatness can be measured by a sonic transducer that sends sound waves to the material that is being processed and measures the height of the sheet. This flatness measuring device is the only one of its kind West of the Mississippi. The material that is produced on our levelers is the flattest material in the West.Douglas Steel Supply can provide panel flat sheets and blanks in any width and length up to 60 inches wide and 500 inches in length. Blanks can be processed as small as 1 inch. Please inquire for sizes over 60 inches wide and 500 inches in length.
