Since 1987, MKR Fabricators has been a full-service fabrication and  machining shop serving most heavy industries. We routinely work with clients from the automotive, chemical processing, containers, dredging, energy, environmental, food systems, mining and sugar processing industries.

EXPERIENCED, HIGH-QUALITY FABRICATION

MKR deals daily with fabrications from 10 to 100,000 pounds. We have a strong reputation for our rolling abilities and all fabrications with rolled components. We stock and weld a variety of materials from A-36 to stainless to AR 400.Our welding processes include: sub arc, flux core and hard wire. Submerged arc welding is achieved using our Lincoln 18 x 14-foot manipulator.We have an extensive history with all types of joining methods including pre-bow to remove any warping.

WIDE RANGE OF CNC MACHINING

MKR offers CNC machining boring, handling fabrications up to 30' and full fourth axis on rotary tables. We can handle turn and mill production volumes from prototypes to medium sized runs.

A LONG HISTORY OF PLATE ROLLING

MKR has a long history of custom rolling in the steel industry. We roll any size plate and have the capabilities to meet virtually all of your steel and alloy rolling requirements.
