Highly Efficient Production & Logistics

Our 80,000 square foot design and fabrication facility has over 30 major work centers. In a normal year we produce more than 2,000 unique items. Some 200,000 parts per day roll off these production centers into Fraser Steel’s “grocery store” Logistics staging area.

Most recently, we acquired our seventh tube cutting laser. This gives us the largest fleet of tube cutting lasers of any contract manufacturer in North America, and better equips us to handle short notice production runs.

Steel Tube Fabrication Capabilities

A machine is no more than an expensive pile of scrap without a skilled operator. Our fabrication department manager has over 25 years of experience in tube fabrication.

Steel tube fabrication and finishing are crucial pieces of our goal to provide our customers with full service. Customers appreciate the ease and efficiency of doing complete assemblies under one roof. Parts can move from laser cutting, to bending, to welding without ever leaving the plant. This saves time, enhances accuracy, and eliminates unnecessary transportation costs.

Robotic & Hand Welding Capabilities

Our highly automated welding capabilities include an extra-large work envelope and CNC positioners for the ultimate in coordinated movement. Each welding robot is outfitted with a double-sided work bench which allows welding, loading, and unloading to happen simultaneously.
