Mercury Plastics processes rigid and flexible PVC, nylon, ABS, EVA, polypropylene, cross-linked polyethylene (PEX), polysulfone, dual-durometer vinyl products, Santoprene and Noryl.

Our fabrication capabilities include thermoplastic forming, belling, drilling, sawing, punching, notching, machining and sonic welding. We offer innovative solutions through electron beam cross-linking, overmolding, undermolding and our unique Air-Core® blow molding technology.

The size of our operation and the investment we have made in capital and technology has put us in the enviable position of being large enough to service any industry, yet focused enough to develop custom extruded plastics for a variety of very unique applications.
