Through the years, we added a second building, to roughly 44,000 square feet total, and grown to over 50 employees. Quality Parts & Engineering Services
C R Industries, Inc. can provide you with Quality Parts & Engineering Services to help make your parts more manufacturable and cost effective. We have Solidworks and Autocad capabilities and can accept drawings in the following formats: .dxf, .dwg, .sldprt, .slddrw, .sldasm and .pdf.Our Fabrivision inspection system, allows us to inspect parts with incredible accuracy. After a part has been scanned, the computer translates the data and compares it with programmed specifications, and then displays what is in and out of tolerance. First article inspections and in-process inspections take minutes to perform. Inspection results can be printed and provided to our customers upon request.The Fabrivision system also allows us to reverse engineer parts. If you need something duplicated, but don’t have a drawing, we can scan it and provide an exact duplicate.Other quality equipment and tests we perform include calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, thread gauges and manufacturing process software that highlights critical and individual processes of every stage of manufacturing. For our powder coat line, we can perform impact tests, mil tests, cross hatch tests, MEK tests and salt spray and other testing on request.
