Roseville Precision Inc. near Sacramento, California, is a modern, 30,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment for the fabrication and finishing of sheet metal parts and assemblies for use in electronics, medical, testing, instrumentation, and computer systems. We are continually adapting to the changing climate and over the past 30 years have evolved from a small job shop to a large, globally competitive operation. To outpace our competitors, we deliver top-quality parts on time and at a competitive price.
Established in 1986, we strive to develop close, long-lasting relationships with our customers. We work closely with their personnel to better facilitate their manufacturing needs while continually improving quality and design for a lower bottom line.
Using current software, technology, and equipment, we are able to handle quick turnaround and long-term orders. We can ship complete assemblies, partials with loose components, or individual parts as required.

FABRICATION
With our equipment and various analytical methods in place, we are able to respond to your needs quickly while also achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Our CNC capabilities allow us to maintain tight tolerances and consistent quality. All processes throughout the shop are strictly monitored by our professional quality control team.

From Product Design To Fabrication, We Handle It All
Using the most current, state-of-the-art software, Roseville Precision Inc. based near Sacramento, California, offers exceptional product design and CAD drawing packages, with the capability to provide innovative solutions to sheet metal needs, increasing quality and decreasing costs. We are equipped to manufacture individual parts or massive assemblies, and can handle re-works, re-models or retrofits. We also offer painting and assembly services. In addition to sheet metal, we also work with the following:

• Prior to creating a product with our 3D modeling software, we analyze the parts or assemblies and identify any potential red flags that would prevent us from successfully manufacturing the product. We then let our customer know and work with them to find the best possible solution.
• Drawing on our extensive experience in the industry, we analyze every product to determine any possible modifications or re-designs that would enable us to make it at a reduced cost. To maximize our customer’s profit potential, we use the most cost-effective materials, manufacturing methods, and finishing options. Saying even a few cents in the production of a part can mean hundreds or thousands of dollars in savings over time for our customers
• We use the most current version of 3D CAD software and prefer Solidworks file formats for design packages. We can accept files in support formats, such as IGES, STEP, etc., as well as 2D formats. Adobe® PDF files are preferred but we will even work with sketches on notepads or ideas in our customer’s head. Files can also be accepted by email or FTP.
