Our highly skilled sheet metal fabricators excel in early development prototyping and can work closely with you to ensure your sheet metal fabrication project meets your most important specifications.Using state-of-the-art punching equipment, we can produce customized hole patterns based on your sheet metal product design or fabricating needs, and we have the capability to work with a variety of materials, finishes, and tolerances. Whether your parts require full assembly, painting, plating or silkscreen printing, we can finish your parts to your specifications, in a timely fashion, giving you all the flexibility you need in a sheet metal fabricating provider. Metal Finishing

NADCAP accredited aerospace painting services including painting of dry film & solid film lubricants & paints & primers. Lubricant types include type I & II in bulk dispersion & aerosol dispersion forms. Primer types include general primers, adhesive bond primers, wash primers & epoxy primers. Topcoat types include general coatings, aliphatic polyurethane coatings, commercial coatings & epoxy topcoats. Capabilities include painting services for prototype to high volume runs. Meets MIL-F-14072, MIL-F-18264 & MIL-PRF-23377 standards.
