Victoria Steel, established in 1959, is a family owned and operated Structural Steel Company. Second generation owners, Ron and Andy Bas, along with their team, have worked hard to expand the company to the successful business it is today. With the third generation currently investing in family tradition, Victoria Steel is poised to continue its steady growth. Victoria Steel, guided by their quality assurance program, provides all types of steel construction from design, commercial, and institutional builds to heavy industrial projects. Our project managers, who are also our estimators, are involved in each project from estimation to completion. They are heavily engaged in every project and work closely with our detailing, fabricating, and erecting crews. Our experience, flexibility, and qualifications enable us to meet your project schedule and standards. Over the years, we have established many long-term relationships because our number one priority is satisfying you, our customer.

Services

Victoria steel has two shops located on a four-acre property. The property provides ample room for the ordering and on-site ­storing of large lengths of steel. Twelve sizeable trailers ensure the secure storage of material and Hydmech automatic and semi-automatic saws allow material to be cut to any size.

• Victoria Steel uses in-house detailing along with select third party detailers. All in-house detailing is completed using TEKLA Structures and is fully BIM compatible with all other platforms for importing and exporting. Offering in-house detailing minimizes communication lag time, allowing timelines to be advanced and information to be readily available to benefit our clients. In-house detailing also allows us to react quickly and maintain flexibility when required to make changes during the course of a project.
• Our highly skilled fabricators take pride in their workmanship. All welders are CWB certified ensuring your project is completed with the highest standards in both safety and quality.
• Victoria Steel hires highly trained unionized Ironworkers for all installations and erection projects through an affiliated company Victoria Erector Inc. Victoria Steel is signatory to the International Association of Ironworkers. Over the years, we have developed a solid relationship with Local 700 in our region and receive ironworkers with the highest skill sets. Our ties with the International Association of Ironworkers ensure that the work completed by detailers and fabricators remains constant throughout the entirety of a project. Our local union relationships ensure that we secure the best available erectors for all out of town projects. We are able to provide our clients with faster response times, more efficiency, and professional service to complete projects because of these affiliations.
