• Burning is the process of CNC cutting plate steel. Steel is loaded on a table and the parts are cut out as programmed.

• The cut plate is placed in the press and a v-shaped die is pressed a predetermined distance to bend the plate to the desired angle.

• Precise threading for any size pipe
• We can saw cut your steel up to 24' x 30'
• Shearing, also known as die cutting, is a process which cuts stock without the formation of chips or the use of burning or melting. The most commonly sheared materials are in the form of sheet metal or plates, however rods can also be sheared.
