Our company was founded by Sam Stryffeler in 1946 as the Durolet Manufacturing Company, the name being changed to Red Seal Electric Company in June of 1952. The first product offerings were electrical conduit insulating bushings and fittings supplied primarily to the steel industry.

These products are still manufactured today as part of our proprietary product line.
