Avalon Precision Metalsmiths offers extensive expertise at its three U.S. investment casting foundries, producing precision parts from a variety of metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, bronze, brass and specialty alloys.

We surpass other investment casting companies in providing value-added services that improve lead times and quality and reduce our customers’ cost, including rapid prototyping, the design and build for all internal tooling, vacuum-assist technology, in-house heat treat, machining, assembly, non-destructive testing services and supply chain management.

Our off-shore casting capabilities enable us to give our customers a lower-cost alternative with fast lead times for a variety of casting processes, including investment casting, sand casting, die casting and permanent mold casting.
