Ratliff Industries, Inc. has been servicing southeast Texas including Beaumont, Port Arthur, and the Gulf coast region since 1988. We fabricate structural and miscellaneous steel for the industrial, petrochemical and commercial industries.Our experience and knowledge, along with our full time skilled staff enable us to provide professional, quality services to our customers.

Steel Fabrication

Steel fabrication is the building of steel structures by cutting, welding, bending, and assembling processes. It is a value added process that involves the construction of machinery, equipment, and structures from various raw materials.Over the years we have built and continue to expand our reputation as a reliable steel fabricator. We specialize in structural fabrication and metal work. Our goal is to provide a safe work environment, in which our staff is able to produce a quality product in a timely manner.Our in house, multi-point inspection program, along with any outside testing and inspection that may be required for any given project, ensure that we produce a quality product each and every time. We hold our service to the highest limits. We have a A+ rating with the BBB.

Ratliff Industries started as a backyard business and grew into a corporation. Ratliff Industries started in the backyards of the Ratliff family and with high customer demand, and a growing need for fabricated steel, the business grew and multiplied to the successful corporation it is today! Ratliff Industries was incorporated in January of 1988 as a steel fabricator. Since then, it has been active in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication for industrial, commercial, and petrochemical customers, providing a quality product in a timely manner. It has steadily grown throughout the years and continues to satisfy customer needs, grow and expand in expertise and industry knowledge, and take on larger projects in the area.

Services

• We provide detailed shop and field erection drawings and can assist with planning, scheduling, and design suggestions.
• We supply bar grating, treads, and grip strut for many different type situations.
• We are a supplier of E-Z Line supports and Erecta Steps.
• We are able to provide hot dip galvanized products along with many types of paint processes and other industrial coatings, including fireproofing.
• We can produce and deliver a project in a truly erect-able sequence. We can coordinate with our customers to supply the correct items including fabricated steel, bolts, and field erection drawings on each shipment. This enables our customers the ability to plan and assemble the project in an orderly manner saving extra handling, unnecessary expenses, and time. This service is especially helpful when lay down room is not available or at a minimum.
• We supply metal decking, siding, and building components along with erection bolts, hardware, screws, and fasteners of all types.
