Founded in 1978 by Butch and Sandi Mullet in their garage, Mullet’s Aluminum has grown into an award-winning, industry leader with 213 full time employees working in three (3) divisions.   

The three (3) divisions are:

• Windows & Doors Division
• Metal Roofing Division
• Railing, Gates & Misc. Metals Division

The company specializes in providing quality workmanship and superior customer service to the condominium, residential and commercial markets.  The company is a Florida licensed Specialty Contractor (#SCC050667), Florida licensed Roofing Contractor (#CCC057430) and Florida licensed Glass & Glazing Contractor (#SCC131151091). 

The company manufactures welded aluminum products such as railings, sunshades, louvers, trellis systems and often collaborates with contractors, architects and developers on design – build projects.  The company also manufactures a MAPI metal roofing panel which is preferable for coastal applications along with representing many of the nation’s largest metal roofing suppliers.   

In addition to manufacturing, the company fabricates mechanical railing and other aluminum products that are assembled with fasteners. 

Whatever the company manufactures and/or fabricates, it provides turn-key installation services utilizing its own full time, seasoned and insured employees – or if desired for certain products – as supply only option for installation by others.  

The company remains privately held with corporate headquarters, manufacturing and operations located in Sarasota, FL.
