If you have never dealt with us before, perhaps a bit of information will help you to decide. I say 'Us' because this is a three person show. We are a true family business - two sisters (Melissa & Morgen), and a brother (David). Our father and Colorado Gold founder, Don, retired in February 2015 after nearly 40 years in the precious metals business! We have a superb reputation(A+ from the BBB), and certainly will not tarnish it for any reason. Because we work from our home offices, our hours vary. Melissa is normally open from 8:00 ET to 4 ET (New York), David is normally open from 8 CT to 4 CT (Wisconsin), and Morgen is normally open from 11 PT to 5 PT. Our respective phone numbers appear during the hours we are open. There are no markets on weekends or legal holidays, so we cannot operate on those days.  Don writes a column a week, (click on Don's Column), which you may find interesting.
