Die casting for the automotive, appliance, electronics and general industries since 1984. 20 die casting machines from 400 to 800 ton clamping pressure that produce aluminum die casting parts from as small as a few ounces to more than 10 pounds.Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce, finish and machine aluminum die cast components to meet a wide range of customer specifications.From simple to complex designs utilizing 380, 384 and B-390 alloys. Our expertise and experience enable us to provide close tolerances, minimum draft angles, good finish and high strength with the minimal wall thickness necessary, at the lowest cost.

Texas Die Casting opened in Gladewater, Texas in 1984 with a 28,000 square foot manufacturing facility. With hard work, outstanding quality and dependable service we have expanded our facility to 75,000 square feet and have tripled our manufacturing capabilities. In additional to manufacturing die cast parts TDC provides a variety of finishing operations including: drilling, tapping, turning, boring, milling, sanding, shot blasting, vibratory finish and more.

Our quality department utilizes the most up-to-date equipment to ensure that our customers receive the quality they expect and deserve. Surface finish, density, alloy composition and dimensional accuracy are closely monitored to maintain our customers’ specifications.
