We ship USPS in Flat Rate boxes with tracking information that will be provided to you at the time of shipping. If you prefer to add additional insurance to your order please contact us with that information at the time of order and we will get a quote provided to you for the additional cost. Returns will be addressed on a case by case basis. Due to the volatile nature of bullion prices, item returns will only be accepted if an item was misrepresented or not described accurately.
