Northern Iowa Die Casting

Northern Iowa Die Casting was founded in 1938. In 1984 it was purchased and re-energized by Joanne Stockdale. Through hard work, business savvy, and a strong team, Joanne has taken this business from a small shop to a facility of over 50,000 sq feet and over 100 employees. Though our values have stayed the same, our business and customer base surely have not. We currently ship products domestically and throughout the world. NIDC serves customers on four continents by providing quality castings and assemblies, in a variety of alloys, on time, at competitive prices. Northern Iowa Die Casting holds strong to its mission and continues to be committed its vision of being an industry leader in value by providing a single source for engineering/design, die casting, machining, finishing, powder coating, and assembly. What does this mean to you? It means that we are not your typical die caster. We are flexible and responsive. We take care of our customers. Helping people just comes naturally here in the midwest. At NIDC, Inc., quality means more than quality castings - it means continuous improvement in everything we do. Utilizing multi-function project teams, we guide your project from quoting and Advanced Quality Planning, through tool design, construction and run-off to pre-production samples and Start of Production. We have a fully equipped, around the clock Quality Assurance department with trained auditors to ensure conformance to individualized part quality plans and trained production employees, who take pride in every part that leaves our dock. In addition, we have continuous improvement teams focused on moving NIDC to the front of our industry.
