Big Rapids Products is a supplier of metal stampings; roll formed parts and assemblies with three locations in Big Rapids, Michigan and one in Mount Sterling, Kentucky.We specialize in all applications of stainless steel, from exhaust systems to decorative bright trim, wheel claddings and appliance parts. We also stamp both decorative and functional aluminum parts as well as all types of carbon steel.Big Rapids Products also supplies welded assemblies, e-coated parts, painted Parts, powder coated parts, or any type of plated part by using our extensive supply base for these processes.

Sterling, Kentucky.Current products include; stainless exhaust components, deep drawn components, bright decorative stainless trim products, wheel covers, wheel cover retention systems, brackets, body reinforcement pieces, and structural frame components for the automotive industry.Big Rapids Products has many other types of production equipment and services including; Roll Form, Stretch Bending, and Part Washing. Our tool room is fully equipped for drilling, milling, grinding, turning and welding. All tooling is maintained in house by Journeymen Die Makers.

Big Rapids Products has over 50 line die, progressive die and transfer presses up to 2000 tons with a maximum bed size of 96” x 240”.  We offer a full spectrum of tooling design, prototypes, engineering, and manufacturing.
