Bend Steel Supply has been an established Central Oregon steel supplier for 20+ years, and has recently come under new ownership. Working symbiotically, the office and supply yard is at the same location as Empire Truck Works. Our office and shop staff are knowledgeable, imaginative, and accommodating, ensuring that whether you need one 6 inch piece of square tube, or you want build a custom steel greenhouse foundation, we can get it done!Bend Steel Supply keeps a wide array of mild steel, stainless and aluminum in stock. If they don’t stock what you need, such as hardened steel or steel mesh, they can order it in pronto! They also carry secondary steel and aluminum, sold by the pound (“Yellow Rack”) or sold by a rounded-down measurement of a drop piece ('Blue Rack').

Custom Fabrication

We have a full welding shop on-site, can cut steel to your specifications… whatever you need. A few examples of projects we’ve done in the past include modifications for flatbeds, kitchen tables, specialty framing (hop hangers, underground greenhouse foundations, etc.), false floors in service vans, landscaping trailers, and LOTS of ATV/UTV and landscaping ramps.
