Ceritas Energy is a midstream energy company formed to create value for its investors and customers through the development, acquisition, installation, construction, and safe operation of a diversified portfolio of midstream energy assets.

Since 2003, Ceritas has developed and operated projects in the Piceance Basin, Uinta Basin, Green River Basin, Powder River Basin, Marcellus Basin, Permian Basin and Southeast Texas. These assets include gathering & transmission pipeline, processing & treating plants and over 80,000 horse power of compression.
