Doughty Steel and Machine started as a black smith shop by Melvin Doughty in 1935 where he sharpened plow shears and typical small job shop pieces. We have come along way since 1935 serving all of Western Colorado along with Utah and all the surrounding states. We offer a complete fabrication facility along with AWS certified welders and a shop that include 2 Lasers along with CNC (computerized numerical control) Press Brake for very precision parts.
