Regalito Copper Corp. provides exploration and development of copper resources in Argentina. It owns and controls Taca Taca copper/gold/molybdenum project located in the Puna region of Northwestern Argentina. Regalito Copper Corp. was formerly known as Lumina Copper Corp. and changed its name to Regalito Copper Corp. in May 2005. The company was incorporated in 2000 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. As of May 9, 2006, Regalito Copper Corp. operates as a subsidiary of Pan Pacific Copper Co., Ltd.
