Pioneer Natural Resources is a large independent exploration and production company headquartered in Irving, Texas. We are focused on delivering competitive and sustainable results as we responsibly produce oil and natural gas to help meet the world’s energy demands. We also handle many of our own oilfield services and operate frac fleets, drilling rigs and coil tubing units.

We operate in the Permian Basin of West Texas, the Eagle Ford Shale play of South Texas, the Raton Basin of Southeastern Colorado and the West Texas Panhandle gas field.
