With an extrusion plant housing the latest high-tech SMS-Meer and Presezzi presses, a recently added and sophisticated fabrication capability, and a multi-million dollar investment in the latest, technologically advanced, vertical painting and coating plant, on 60 acres just outside Tijuana, ABC presents a unique and productive sourcing opportunity.ABC Aluminum is ideally placed for delivery not just to Mexico, but also the United States, Canada and overseas. 85% of manufacture is exported, and that is heading towards 90%. ABC’s global H.Q. is in Chula Vista, San Diego County.

AWARDS

CERTIFICATIONS

ABC Aluminum Solutions meets full certification for ISO9001:2008 and has just this month completed a wholesale expansion that virtually doubles our manufacturing and finishing capacity. Additional ISO Certification for the manufacture of Auto Parts and certification for the finest finishing capabilities from Qualicoat have been added in 2013, along with C-PTAT for ease of cross-border shipments.

With our largest press, a 3150MT 10 inch circle, two eight inch circle presses and a smaller six inch press, the very latest control systems, Kevlar run-out tables, quench tank and two tempering ovens, ABC offers a wide range of alloys and tempers to meet virtually every requirement and application. And with our LIBRA Management Software System, that went live this year, each batch of your order is monitored at every stage of its progress through the factory for maximum efficiency.
