Resolution Copper is working with regulators and the community to develop one of the world’s largest untapped deposits of copper.The proposed mine would create good jobs for local people, be an engine for economic growth, and use the best practices to create a safe, sustainable and environmentally friendly operation.Permitting is under way, and the public plays a big role in planning and approving the project.

Copper is the new green being a key ingredient in wind and solar energy. It is 100% recyclable – and as an efficient conductor of electricity, it helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In fact, for every ton of CO2 emitted from the production of copper, we reduce greenhouse gases by 2,000 tons.Copper is also recognized for its antimicrobial benefits. Antimicrobial copper surfaces help reduce the spread of germs and infection by 80 percent. Copper surfaces can also reduce infection rates by more than 50 percent.
