Bri-Steel Manufacturing is a state of the art facility that produces Large Diameter Seamless Steel Pipe in Canada. Bri-Steel is capable of producing pipe sizes ranging from Outside Diameters of 16 through 36 inches, and Wall Thicknesses up to 2.343 inches in CSA,ASTM,ASME and API specifications.  Bri-Steel produces their pipes by a process called Thermal Pipe Expansion or 'TPE'. This process is performed by using an engineered-size mother tube, heating it to 900deg C by induction heating, and pushing it over a controlled ID mandrel to expand the pipe to a piping size. After that, it is tested and finished to all major industry specifications.Bri-Steel Manufacturing is a seamless pipe factory located in Edmonton, AB, Canada. With our hot expansion process, we are capable of manufacturing pipe NPS 14 to NPS 36 (14 to 36 inch OD) with wall thicknesses STD to SCH160 (0.375 to 2.5 inches). Typical specifications include ASTM/ASME A53 Grade B, ASTM/ASME A/SA106 Grade B/C, ASTM/ASME A333 Grade 6, API 5L Grade B/X42 PSL1&2, CSA Z245.1 Grade 241/290 Category 1/2/3. Bri-Steel Manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001 and API Q1, and has an API monogram license for API 5L products. Bri-Steel Manufacturing products have been used throughout North America on projects including pipelines, power generation, process piping, nuclear power and hydro-electric generators.
