EnergyWatch helps our clients minimize energy cost, consumption, and emissions and maximize energy income through energy procurement, utility invoice analytics, utility budgeting and reporting, demand response, peak load management, and real-time monitoring and consumption analytics. Through our proprietary integrated energy management systems, EnergyWatch identifies and analyzes the interactive effects of operational and capital improvements on utility supply and delivery costs; measures, verifies, and reports on key performance indicators; and summarizes the results for key decision makers. We distill complex utility data and rate structures into actionable and meaningful results for our clients.

Founded in 2000 at the onset of energy deregulation, the firm’s founding partners, Jay Raphaelson and Diana Sweeney, leveraged their real estate and energy market experience and expertise in order to help commercial and corporate real estate portfolios navigate the new market opportunities. As the energy market matured and became more complex, infrastructure evolved (smart meters and computing power), and sustainability emerged as a key area of focus, existing services were improved and additional services were added to meet growing client needs.
