What stared off as a small home remodeler with a vision to one day buy, build and manage our own real estate. This “one man show” has grown into a solid squad of sophisticated workers, methodical thinkers and people who execute. We take ideas from paper and turn them into real life in a fast and efficient way, and we always find a way to have fun doing it.

Founded in 2006, New Legacy Development Corp. is emerging as a strong entity as it can mix its expertise in the General Contracting and Real Estate Development and make them work hand in hand to create amazing values that only a vertically integrated company can accomplish. We have completed a wide range of projects from recording studios to exclusive one of its kind research facilities. Led by its visionary Founder, Chairman and CEO Jose Carcelen, New Legacy Development Corp. has established itself as a well know General Contractor in the Private and Public Sector as well as a Developer of Multi Family, Industrial and Commercial properties throughout Southern California.

We believe by incorporating all of our knowledge in the Real Estate and Construction sectors from site acquisition through entitlements, construction and finally leasing the finished product, we can provide turn key operations and returns of great value. By having control every step of the way we minimize costs, errors and deficiencies, all while bringing out modern, sleek and captivating designs and finishes that all of our clients, partners and tenants have come to expect.
