Founded in 1910 by Harry Glantz, Glantz Iron & Metals, Inc. has grown from a small horse and buggy operation to one of the most modern scrap metal processing facilities on the East Coast. For three generations now, Glantz Iron & Metals, Inc. has engaged in international trading of ferrous and nonferrous scrap metals. With well over 500 manufacturing accounts, Glantz Iron & Metals, Inc. continues to seek new and innovative methods that provide the very best product possible, and at all times maintaining our primary commitment to superior quality and service. GIM has coordinated the handling of scrap metal to strategic locations around the country, through a developing network of associates.

Metal Recycling Consultants is a newly formed division of Glantz Iron & Metals, Inc. GIM is a scrap metal company that services manufacturers of metal products, and has been in business since 1910.

Using the knowledge we have acquired, we now offer our experience in assisting, consulting and advising organizations with all aspects of handling their scrap metal recycling needs. Most often, many generators of scrap metal feel all they have to do is sell their scrap to a scrap dealer and their responsibility is over. On occasion, they are right.
