PowerWorks LLC and its affiliates are privately-held companies, focused upon the development, ownership, and operation of clean, renewable, wind power projects. Generally, we provide clean, renewable power, on a wholesale basis, to electric utilties.  We currently own and operate five wind power projects, totaling 117 MW, consisting of over 800 wind turbines, including 95 MW located in the Altamont Pass, near San Francisco, California, and 22 MW located in Elmore County, near Boise, Idaho.  Futher, PowerWorks LLC provides operation and maintenance services for its wind power projects.    In addition, we are developing new utility-scale wind projects across the nation, some of which are shown on our Projects page. Sunset and wind turbine   Further, we sell, install, and provide operation and maintenance services for 100 kW wind turbines.   Our wind turbines are sold through our affiliate, PowerWorks Wind Turbines LLC.  We also provide crane, erection and trucking services for San Francisco Bay Area, the East Bay cities, Tri-Valley area, and the San Joquin Valley.  Our principals and engineering staff have extensive experience during the past 18 years with numerous wind projects, involving development, permitting, engineering, design, power marketing, finance, construction, equipment procurement and installation, and operation and maintenance.
