We develop, finance, own and operate innovative renewable energy generation and energy management projects       for our institutional, commercial and industrial customers. Our projects utilize a variety of technologies: solar heating and cooling solar photovoltaic combined heat and power waste heat recovery  anaerobic digesters/biomass  energy efficiency Our experience with utility-scale projects, as well as with distributed generation/behind-the-meter projects, enables us to bring large project skills efficiently to smaller and medium sized projects on a scalable, portfolio basis.   Our focus has always been renewable and alternative energy projects, technologies and related energy management.
