This process provides cross sectional machining of long bars, holding close tolerances in intricate shapes, and offers an alternative to extruding and drawing. Continuous long length milling is capable of tighter tolerances, thinner sections, sharp interior and exterior corners, narrow slots and recessed areas. By incorporating this process prior to cut-off and additional CNC machining, continuous milling affords us options for complex machining which promotes more competitive pricing.
