JetStream has been a precision sheet-metal fabrication company soaring past the traditional sheet-metal marketplace, and has built a reputation for high quality and dependable craftsmanship. JetStream was established in 1995 in Stuart Florida, and has the ability to provide one-off custom designed products to the manufacturing industry, but really thrives on low to high volume production quantities.

We offer a comprehensive range of services starting with complete product design and proto-typing, through precision fabrication, as well as value added assembly, and direct to the end-customer order fulfillment, delivering high quality products, with the benefit of a single point of contact. Our focus in the beginning was on providing a variety of metal products to a major manufacturer in the solar lighting industry, providing products to the worldwide marketplace.

Over the next few years we expanded into precision sheet-metal operations utilizing CNC equipment to produce high quality, precision assemblies and components. JetStream successfully developed into an engineering driven and stable manufacturing operation offering high quality global solutions. Now, together with a partner with global experience in marketing/sales, and our experience in the industry, we are offering complete solutions for the alternative energy marketplace, focused on value in outdoor solar lighting projects.

Owners, Karl and Lori Lust, and staff produce many fabricated metal products, from small electrical chassis and enclosures to large poles and small brackets. We build and deliver many products directly to OEM’s, and also fabricate and assemble several complete products, such as air filtering/dust collecting equipment that we drop ship directly to the OEM’s customers, we also fabricate and assemble sub-assemblies that we then deliver to our customers to incorporate into their final product.

By far the majority of our work, for the last 20 years, has been the supply of outdoor solar lighting products. These products include a variety of battery box and controller enclosures, to many different brackets, arms, and poles, as well as the LED mounting plates for many different light fixtures. We have supplied these products to OEM’s, including one of the world’s leading manufacturers of outdoor solar lighting products, for many projects around the world from Japan and Australia, to Venezuela, Costa Rica, as well as Puerto Rico and earthquake torn Haiti. One of our special projects was for a remote parking area at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. By far, however, our largest projects have been supplying these products to the many countries of Africa. These countries include Kenya, Oman, Egypt, Guinea, Nigeria, South Africa and quite a few others. The size of some of the different projects is into the $4-$5 million dollar range, and we have the capacity to provide production for even larger projects.

Through the natural evolution of our business, we are now expanding our operations and products to provide complete outdoor solar lighting products that we will supply directly to the end customer, both domestically and internationally. As a manufacturer of all the necessary hardware for many years, and now with a team member who has an extensive 20 years of solar lighting experience, it was just a natural step in the evolution our business to now provide complete systems, engineered to our customers exact specifications.
