There is a lot that goes on in our 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility. When it comes to cutting, we have a Cold Saw that is 14” and Band Saws ranging up to 16”. We can shear up to 3/8” thickness X 12’ length. Our 2600 watt CNC Laser can accommodate 60” X 120”. It can also manufacture 20GA – 1/2” carbon steels, 20GA – 1.4” stainless steels, and 030 – 3/16” aluminum alloys. We also have an Oxy Fuel Hypotherm HPR260 CNC Plasma machine. This machine can fit up to 10’ X 26’. It can plasma up to 2” carbon steel, 1 1/2' stainless steel, and 1” aluminum alloys and oxy-acetylene up to 16”.   Forming and punching are a few other things that we do around the shop. We have both a 14’ X 350 ton CNC hydraulic press brake and an 8’ X 110 ton press brake. We have a plate roll that accommodates 3/8” thick by 8” in length as well as 2 smaller rolls as well. When it comes to punching, we utilize both our 50 ton CNC WA Whitney Fabricator and our 88 ton Peddinghaus Ironworker.    Our AWD D1.1 certified welders have plenty of experience with the Mig Welding and Tig Welding of carbon steels, stainless steels, and aluminum alloys, as well as Submerged Arc Welding. For finishing we use our 4’ X 10’ G&P Stroke Sander, Vibratory Deburring Machines, and our 25’ X 50’ Spray Paint Booth.   Need your order delivered?
