If you require zinc plating, we offer the flexibility of three zinc plating lines (two rack lines and one barrel line) able to process lengths in over 12 feet. 

 Midwest Plating's zinc phosphating facility is the largest capacity facility in the Grand Rapids metropolitan area, capable of processing 100,000 pounds of barrel parts per day and we are the ONLY plating company in the metropolitan area capable of processing the 12 foot lengths.

 The flexibility that these four finishing lines provide, allows us to offer you both large volume orders and engineering samples with minimal lead times.
