Our customers rely on our higher quality, as we use only the finest raw materials and have strict tramp and trace element control. We all but eliminate heat-to-heat variability with our controls and in-process chemistry verifications, guaranteeing we meet your most challenging performance problems.
Our innovation and rigorous manufacturing standards have made us a global leader in alloy for investment castings. Cannon-Muskegon products can be found in aerospace flight and rocket engines, industrial gas turbines, and medical implants, as well as nuclear power and marine applications. We produce all commercially available vacuum melt nickel- and cobalt-base alloys for equiaxed, directionally-solidified and single crystal remelt applications, as well as air melt cobalt alloys for remelt applications. We produce all commercially available stainless steels. Cannon-Muskegon also develops and produces its own line of proprietary and single crystal and directionally solidified alloys, including CMSX®-4 under the CMAlloy Brand.
Mission :
At Cannon-Muskegon, we recognize the complex needs of our customers. We strive to deliver products that are resistant to high temperatures and severe mechanical stress, and have superior corrosion resistance.
As an industry leader, we realize our customer’s unique challenges also come at a cost to them. Our analytical techniques and sophisticated systems mean an optimized product specifically tailored to customer needs, reducing scrap and rework. Our know-how means savings to your bottom line.
Cannon-Muskegon’s own line of proprietary alloys for use in single crystal and directionally solidified turbine airfoil applications are a prime example of creating unique and cost-saving solutions. Our high temperature single crystal superalloys, such as CMSX®-4, have significantly decreased operating costs for customers who need to run engines hotter and longer. We employ decades of knowledge of our customer’s unique foundry processes to create improved products with increased value all the way to the end user.
