Northwest Die Casting LLC is a family-owned, custom manufacturer of quality aluminum and zinc die castings. Founded in 2001, Northwest Die Casting is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified, quality driven company with a collective commitment to going above and beyond the call to deliver total customer satisfaction. Our customers benefit from our knowledge and expertise in die casting technology, and count on Northwest Die Casting to consistently provide top quality, fair pricing, and on-time delivery.

Strategically located near Portland, Oregon, we have over 28,000 square feet of manufacturing space, and are capable of producing both aluminum and zinc alloy die castings from miniature to over ten pounds. We have an in-house machine shop and provide a full range of finishing services.

Company History

Founded in 2001,  Northwest Die Casting started out as a small die casting company in Aloha, Oregon, just west of Portland. We quickly outgrew our first location and soon relocated to a larger 28,000 square foot facility in Tualatin, Oregon, where our strategic access to major arterials allows us to better serve our customers.

Key to our success has been the implementation of strict quality assurance procedures and cost saving measures throughout every stage of the die casting design and manufacturing process.
