We are pleased to announce that effective March 23, 2015, Superior Metal Products, LLC acquired Mason Corporation. Though the companies now operate as one company, Superior Mason Products, you can rely on the same personal working relationships that you have experienced in the past. You will still be dealing with the same people and you can depend on the same high quality products and service.

Our greatest assets have always been our people and by joining forces we have just made a huge investment in the quality of that asset. The integration of our two companies will create a more comprehensive infrastructure with faster response times and dependable service.

About Superior Metal Products
Formed in January 1978 as Superior Metal Products Company. In June 2012, Superior Metal was purchased by Profile Extrusion Company, the parent, and the name was changed to Superior Metal Products LLC. Superior operates as a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of aluminum and vinyl building products for residential, home improvement and commercial applications.

About Mason Corporation
Formed in April 1948, operates as a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of aluminum residential and light commercial building products. On March 23, 2015, Superior Metal Products purchased all the assets of Mason Corporation and changed the name to Superior Mason Products.

We believe representing all our combined lines of business under one company will help us serve our customers better by increasing the ease of ordering and delivery of products in the future. Purchasing and manufacturing operations are centralized in Superior’s two Birmingham, AL facilities combining 300,000 square feet. Branch locations in Raleigh, NC, Kansas City, MO and Carrolton, TX add another 125,000 square feet of warehousing and distribution space. Material, in both lineal form and finished form, are shipped from Birmingham and its branches direct to customers in thousands of communities across the United States. Superior has combined manufacturing and reselling/distribution into a single-source point of purchase benefit for the custom fenestration product dealer and contractor.
