We are a Peruvian company of regional scale, committed to generating value in the country with social and environmental responsibility, using technology and innovative solutions, focusing on developing a culture oriented to the development of people and the well-being of communities.

In Milpo we belong to Votorantim Metais Holding, a global mining and metallurgy company, which is among the five largest zinc producers in the world, occupying a leading position in America with a diversified portfolio that includes copper, lead, silver, and Other minerals. In turn, it is part of Votorantim SA, a Brazilian multinational organization that operates in several strategic sectors of the economy and is present in 23 countries.

In this way, we join a group that develops its businesses with the same commitment for social and environmental responsibility.

Currently, we develop and operate 3 mining units nationwide:

• Cerro Lindo Mining Unit (Ica)
• Pasco Mining Complex: integrating the El Porvenir and Atacocha Mining Units.

We also have a Sustained and Responsible Management System, backed by the international ISO 14001 certifications of Environmental Management, OHSAS 18001 Management in Occupational Health and Safety and ISO 19001 Quality Management for all Mining Units and Corporate Office.

We are one of the main producers of Zinc, Copper, Silver and Lead in Peru counting on about 5 thousand collaborators, being approximately 1,600 direct collaborators.

With a clear strategy, an adequate control of costs and an innovative approach in the development of our projects, to consolidate our operations and to continue generating value in the future.
