Its services are divided into two business units:

Recycling of Steel Dust:

• Management and recycling of steel dusts from electric arc furnaces.
• Management and recycling of stainless and special steel dusts.
• Recovery of zinc

Aluminium residues recycling:

• Recycling aluminium to produce high value aluminium alloys.
• Integral recycling of salt slags, SPLs, filter dusts, milling residues from aluminium slags and other waste, producing aluminium concentrates, fluxes and aluminium oxide.
• Sale of machinery and technology.

Befesa manages more than 1,200 Mt of residues annually, with a production of more than 400 Mt of new materials, which Befesa reintroduces in the market, reducing the consumption of natural resources.
