Appraisals

Each appraisal will be done by our GIA trained gemologist and comes with a detailed description of your jewelry along with its value. Please call so we may schedule an appointment.

Custom Design

Have something unique in mind but can't find it anywhere? We're happy to assist you through the process of designing a completely new piece.

Jewelry Restyling

If an item in your jewelry box has gone out of style or you simply want to try something new, bring it to us. We'll work within your specifications to create something fresh and exciting.

Jewelry Repair

When you bring your jewelry to us for repair it will be evaluated at take in. We will let you know if it can be repaired and exactly what will need to be done. In some cases we can offer more than one way to go about repairing the piece and the benefits of each option. We will give you a price for the repair at take in or if it needs further evaluation will contact you with an estimate before any work is begun. We can repair most gold, platinum and silver jewelry. 

Watch Repair

Watch battery replacement usually can be done while you wait. We will adjust watchbands and have leather replacement watchbands in stock. 

Pearl and Bead Restringing

DeRobertis Jewelers will custom-string your necklaces or bracelets and will always clean your jewelry before restringing. This can be done in a many different styles and we're glad to work with you to create the perfect style for you.

Wish Lists

We maintain wish lists for any customer who spots something in the store or on the website that they love. It's an easy way to make sure friends and family know what you've been hoping for. 

Engraving

DeRobertis Jewelers will gladly engrave and personalize any jewelry piece purchased from us.

Gift Wrapping

We will happily gift wrap all items purchased at DeRobertis Jewelers.
