Creole Jewellery Design

Jewellery designer and goldsmith, Creole Carmichael, has been in business since 1991 in Victoria, British Columbia. Creole and her son Trent are designer goldsmiths who are passionate about jewellery. Together they work to ensure that each custom jewellery design they create is unique, beautifully crafted and is engineered to the highest standards using the latest technologies in jewellery design and the finest materials available.  Creole is the only jeweller in Victoria who is both a journeyman jeweller through the province of British Columbia (ITAC Red Seal Certificate of Apprenticeship)  and certified in platinum fabrication through the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts in San Francisco.  

Creole also holds certification in gemsetting, CAD design and CNC milling.  With almost 20 years of experience in the jewellery trade and an extensive artistic background Creole produces some of the finest and most beautiful custom jewellery available on the market.  Creole's extensive experience with platinum has gained her international recognition as a technical expert in this rare metal.  Her work has been featured at the Platinum Symposium in New York City.  Trent Harris, Creole's son, has worked at his mother's bench and in the store since the age of eight.  He is now a partner in the business.  He has also studied gemsetting at the Revere Academy and has studied Advance CAD Design through Gemvision..  Trained under the watchful eye and drawing from years of his mother's experience, Trent's designs are creative, fresh and expertly crafted.   A family business since 1991, Creole Jewellery Design is a company that is enthusiastic about the design and creation of the jewellery they produce for their cliental.
