More than just quality products, Austen Jewellers is well known for their expert attention to detail and high-stunning craftsmanship. Every piece of jewellery they create encompasses these elements, and to better serve their customers, Austen Jewellers opened a second location in Okotoks in August 2013. The new location features an onsite goldsmith and a custom design studio, giving customers the ability to create one of a kind engagement rings and wedding bands or turn their old jewellery into beautiful new pieces that will be enjoyed for generations to come

Just like all residents and business owners in High River, the floods in June 2013 drastically affected the lives of everyone at Austen Jewellers. We are very proud of the strength and resiliency demonstrated by our community. Although our original store location in High River has been temporarily closed due to the flood damage to the building, we are proud to have continue to serve our loyal customers at our Okotoks location. We continue to offer the same dependable services as we always have, and would like to thank all our customers for your support, concern and patience during this transition time. We will rebuild.
