Only one year after the launch of the company Joshua J Fine Jewelry, a young 30 year old Joshua Javaheri, took top honors in the 2010 JCK Jeweler’s Choice Awards for: Best Necklace Design Over $10,000, Best Colored Diamond Jewelry Design Over $5,000, Best Earring Design Over $10,000.

Joshua Javaheri is the driving force behind the brand. He delivers a fresh, design perspective, a wealth of experience and practical knowledge – the results of a degree in marketing and a life of working in the business.

The Javaheri connection with jewelry goes back several generations. Joshua’s grandfather and great-grandfather were both metal smiths, and his mother comes from a long line of jewelry makers and retailers. Joshua’s sister, Jasmine, is also with the company and runs the Manufacturing Department. Both she and her brother grew up working for the family jewelry business in the Los Angeles area where his mother still owns and operates her own retail store. So it should come as no surprise that the name Javaheri means “jewelry” in the Farsi language.
